Does anyone have information on this form letter sent to Celtics stockholders? I just got my copy 2 days ago.It includes a "W-9" form: "Request for taxpayer identification number and certification." This is pretty much greek to me--is it best to just ignore it? Thanks, Bob strauss@wcu.edu
