You bring up an interesting point. Larry Bird isn't the 
only currently unemployed ex-Celtic with a decent resume.

Of course if Ainge joins us, it would mean even bigger 
changes (Antoine etc.).

Whoever gets the credit, the Suns organization deserves 
praise for drafting Marion and Stoudamire. Both picks 
required a ton of research, and were by no means no-
brainers like Paul Pierce. 

Marion is a skinny tweener and has the ugliest shot 
release in the West. Stoudamire had fewer offensive 
skills and less height than other recent high school 
bigmen who are years away from contributing. Both went 
higher than expected.

Personally, I was a big Ainge fan, but an even bigger 
Pinckney fan.
