RE: Do you believe in Miracles?



Interesting comments after the game by Pierce in saying that he's one of the main offensive weapons for our team (slight understatement) but that when he saw the defenders coming for him, he kicked it out to "my boy" (Toine) who hit the key shot.

I think PP is certainly working a bit harder on recognizing when to pass out of the doubleteam.  And Toine zipped a few nice passes around the perimeter to the open guy (Delk, Waltah).

It still comes down the what they do on the defensive end though.  I am proud of them for hanging in tough with one of the league's best teams, without Battie and with a hurting pair of captains.

I'm not going to short the Celts just yet but will entertain a put. Since
the 1/22 Milwaukee game till 2/26 Indy game we will have won 6 of 16 games.
That's my guess.

Paul Pierce is a Warrior for sure. Tommy Heinsohn is touting him as the best
all around offensive Celtic player ever. If you stick within the confines of
offense he puts up a good argument.
