I like this one the best of all your proposed scenarios.  Mihm is a big 
upgrade over Sundov (then again, who ISN'T?) and the C's could find a FA to 
serve out the final 33 games and playoffs as the #3 PG to replace Shammond 
who doesn't factor into the C's long term plans.
