picking players

Every time I hear people condemn Wallace for poor draft choices, I feel 
compelled to remind us all that Red Auerbach kept turning down chances to 
get Bob Cousy, and had to literally "get stuck" with him.  :>)

Not that Wallace is in any comparable TO Red, just that there's other 
reasons not to like how he does his job.  I think it's more his 
participation in NOT getting players than any players he got.
