This is the dictionary's definition of Queer:

Queer

1) Deviating from the expected or normal; strange: a queer situation.
2) Odd or unconventional, as in behavior; eccentric.
3) Of a questionable nature or character; suspicious.
4) Slang. Fake; counterfeit.
5) Feeling slightly ill; queasy.


Under that definition, I personally see no problem with labeling last night's 6:00 start queer.

My remark concerning the game day Thursday being queer was wrong. In a very
sensitive society of late, it was an insensitive remark.
