Re: It Wouldn't Surprise Me To See...
< I need SOMEONE to say "nyahh, nyahh, nyahh" to when the Celtics win. :>)

Ainbt it the truth. And it all makes for pretty entertaining reading.
We are all presumedly Celt fans, right? Right. But where does the
rooting stop and the poster pride take over?
I especially enjoy THE ANNUAL PREDICTION POLL... you know, your
crystal basketball thing we all sign our real names to where the
delusional homers predict 60 victories and the nattering nabobs of
negativity, 30. Well the problem is - should a poster immediately
stop rooting for our team once it has reached his predicted number
of victories?
bOh no, it is only Jan. 21st. Please God, donbt let them win
another game or Snoop will be announcing in front of the
whole list that Egg messed up again with her prediction.b
And then there are the lively little ongoing crusades, like when two
posters are in heated debate over whether Sundov should or shouldnbt
be stationed out at the arc. Does that mean then if Bruno misses a
last second 3-pointer that while one poster is tossing a foam brick
(do they still make them?) at the TV, the other is going "nyahh,
nyahh, nyahh, nyahh, nyahh, nyahh" even though his favorite team has
just lost the game?
Just wondering.
