Baker will never become a 14 point scorer with the offense the C's run.  
They have no plays for the post other than Pierce's.  Even Baker was out at 
the top of the key while they were chucking tthrees.  He needs to be on the 
blocks all the time.  Then he might have a chance at 14 points a game.
