Re: Magic Defense.



Absolutely correct assessment at this point. For most games we have to gun.
The 3 has been our friend and Walker, Pierce and now Rogers have shown they
can hit them with enough regularity to keep us in and win games. I wasn't
for this style of play earlier in the season. Was waiting for someone else
to step up (Strickland did for awhile) but until Rogers and Delk got here
Pierce and Walker had to hog the ball. Nothing should change now. If the
newcomers give us 20-25 a game combined we'll be competitive. Next season is
another story. Once we get a defensive big man, the hierarchy of the League
may be challenged.
