i've watched eduardo najara for several years now.
nothing fancy, but very, very effective. give him 10
games in boston and he will be a fan favorite because
of his all-out hustle and heads-up play. he will get
better and better, i promise. make a run at him. as a
rookie, he was the mavs most seasoned player, minus
maybe adrian griffin. 

as for the guy who wants to turn the roster upside
down--one of the reasons we were so successful last
year was because of continuity and chemistry. don't
make changes for the sake of making changes. cook was
a good move. bringing europeans in is a good move.
patience.
