Not only do the Celtics have to keep their guys, they have to make some major improvements. New York is back in business, now with an all-star power forward and a dynamic young point guard, and they're probably not done yet..and Miami has now had a major talent upgrade. The Celts can't stand pat if they expect to win the east again. They should think about adding to the coaching staff too. josh
