Actually, Kenny was reasonably popular in Portland and had good stats.
The Blazerss have to be tired of Stoudamire, and I could see them taking
Kenny if their other options dwindled.
I live in PDX (for all of three more days). The Blazers were so happy to get rid of Kenny, they paid part of his salary. They are not interested in getting him back. In fact, doing so would probably result in Puddletown's population of Blazerfans actually rising up, grabbing some pitchforks and torches and finally running Trader Bob out of town (oh, wait, he's already "out of town" since he GM's an entire franchise while three hours away). I doubt the C's could even trade KA for Shawn Kemp -- Dale Davis is probably way out of reach.

Kenny might have some trade value because of his contract ending and (to a lesser extent) his performance (yeah, I know, but the Wizards got rid of Juwan Howard, Mitch Richmond, *and* Rod Strickland, and all three were considered impossible to move), but he's got about as much chance of moving to Toronto as back to Portland.

Re-sign Rodney Rogers.
