I wouldn't consider trading Shammon AND Kedrick for Daniels. I was just 
saying that from the Spurs' perspective Shammond is an expiring contract 
which is what they've stated they'd be looking for in any deal involving AD. 
And from the C's perspective, a sign and trade involving Rogers would mean 
adding $3.7M (the amount of AD's salary) to the C's payroll which doesn't 
appear likely, either.

I really don't see how the C's could acquire Daniels using Rogers. The only 
way to acquire Daniels and stay under the Luxury Tax would be to trade 
existing contracts and the chance of that happening is remote was my point.

Be still my heart. That deal would be too good to be true from the C's 
perspective but unfortunately it just won't happen.
