Heard Leo the Lying on WEEI with Inspector Callahan
and Dennis the Menance, and Leo was very effusive
in his praise of Our Cousin Vinnie. Said Vincenzo was on the
Olympic Team, and they don't have nuts on the Olympic Team.
Said Baker's scoring went down, because he wasn't receiving
as many touches as in the past.

Leo said he liked Tamar Slay
as a sleeper from the Shaw's League, and that Vinnie was needed
because the Celtics couldn't afford to stay pat. Leo mentioned that a
lot of teams suffered injuries last season, and those clubs would be
better
this year.

Vinny offers the
Celtics, their first low post option since McHale, and like Wobert
Pawish, Vincy is a high skills guy who can keep on improving.

Papile noted that Vin Diesel would have come in handy against New
Jersey, and that teams bring in players in reaction to other clubs
adding new additions, like the Knicks with McDyess. Leo also
likes Shammond Williams. Leo noted the C's would be scanning the
waivers and left over free agents for a player, ala what they did
last year with Strickland. Methinks that player could be a PG.
Leo likes JR Bremer, and was sorry to tell Vitaly "a warrior" that
he was traded.
