Which is exactly why the C's should absolutely insist on Watson being included as part of any Baker deal instead of Shammond Williams.  And the C's also should not "throw in" Forte. To Mark berry's point, if anything, Seattle should be throwing in a draft pick sweetner in exchange for the C's taking Baker's contract off their hands.
