Yeah, I tell ya, you get into Peter May's world, it's a scary place. (Btw,
  I don't think it's possible for someone to have a "geekier" picture 
associated with one's column than Mr. May.)  But that doesn't mean that 
world has any bearing (or relation) to the real one, does it?
