Toine has had an excellent year, and the team is winning.

While not championship caliber, the core  players have shown growth.

There is a good amount of team spirit and chemistry / cohesion.

I can't believe that people still want to get rid of Walker, especially for a

cancer / headcase like Rasheed. Wallace would wreck this teams' development

and throw it's progress into chaos.  Spare me!
