Stormy weather provides some new growth

Note the change in Shammond's play, much more aggressive, more decisive. Obie 
is giving more and more minutes and we are finally seeing some light at the 
end of the tunnel, maybe. Was he more aggressive because he started the 
second half, he is playing more, the coach spoke to him or he finally gets 
it?...

Note the change in defense in the second half. Cs went to a straight up zone 
and also a matchup zone. Really screwed up the Magic. This could be called 
good coaching by Obie but why did he wait so long?...

Note that Pierce was wore out by the end. Good to hear that Walker had a 
virus. I hope that can explain some of the poor play last night. Was he also 
sick the night before?...

Note that Obie went to a small lineup for the entire fourth quarter.  
However, the C's had no one other than PP to go to when they needed a basket. 
The fact that the Cs never went to Kedrick when the Cs when Walter picked up  
a quick three fouls shows that he isn't in the gameplan, probably for the 
whole year. If we aren't going to use him and even Vince Carter can be 
traded, let's get some more scoring help and get a guy in here who the coach 
will play. Toronto, Cleveland, Nuggets, Memphis, you interested in low salary 
with potential and some no. 1s?...

Note that the Cs finally sought out Baker in the low post. Funny how you will 
finally change things when you hit bottom. Did the C's go to Baker because 
the coaches were calling his number or the players were?

Note that the refs really hate Baker. That offensive foul on Baker drawn by 
DeClerq was so lame but it is so normal. Since everyone says what a great guy 
Baker is, why do the refs hate him so much?...

Note that we lost but I am up beat. We lost without Walker, the coach finally 
mixed things up on defense, Shammond seemed to start to get it offensively 
and they started to look for Baker in the second unit. This shows growth. 
Sometimes it takes a some stormy weather to gain new growth...
