	Not only unwieldy (although very "corporate"), it may scare away 
potential GM's, like Larry Legend, who would not want to get into such 
an area, where egos and politics usually rule.
	Mentioned the other day, that Wyc's mother and one of the new 
partner's "mere," met over a hippie era weaving loom. I'm not sure were 
into a "kinder, gentler," love and peace type of ownership experience. 
Venture capital folks, are into real economic hard ball.
	This is not a good sign. They need to find a Bird, or Donnie Walsh 
type and just turn the basketball decisions over to them.
