RE: Just a thought -

Everyone is upset about that particular foul, but to play devils
advocate, I watched the replays, and the Stoudemire/Pierce hit was
clean. (Although at the time I was furious because Paul got hurt so
bad). Stoudemire said afterwards ..."I was talking to Antoine Walker.
He said, 'no, it wasn't a foul.' It was just a concern."

I think Stoudemire jumped straight up and didn't bring his arms down to
hammer Paul. The only contact was Paul's lower body jumping into him,
and unfortunately he fell wrong. It's part of the game.

I like Obrien being loyal for his player, but the only complaint should
be that since the play was in the key and it was allstar vs rook, Paul
deserved the traditional treatment, and should have gotten the call.

But there were many other plays where Refs showed their grudge against
the C's. I'm sending a letter to the league saying that they should be
disciplined.

In one of my meaner moments I wonder what would happen if we have those
three idiots all line up and take off for the basket at top speed, at
which
point, Tommy Heinsohn and Jim O'Brien slams each one down to the floor
face
first.
