Paul Pierce will soon pass the 2,000 point mark for the second season in a 
row. Pierce will not turn 25 until the beginning of next season.

Only 12 other players in NBA history have had two 2,000 point seasons 
before their 25th birthday.

Do you know who they are?

(Hint: only two of them are active. The other ten did it in the late 50s to 
the 70s. Nobody did it after 1978 except the two active players.)

(Another Hint:A couple of likely choices are not on it due to injuries.)

(Last hint: while there are no players on this list who did it while they 
were on the Celtics, there are two players on the list of 12 who played 
later in their careers for the Celtics.)
