    I remember very clearly that Duncan said he did NOT want to come to
Boston.  Anyway, it's only the preseason and alot too early to start talking
about trading - why don't you give the team, O'Brien and company time to get
the kinks worked out?  It's disheartening to read all this trade talk before
the real season even starts.  We have promising rookies, an in-shape Pierce,
Walker and Anderson - they're running more, I see alot of improvement and
think we'll see more.  If this is our team, why not give them a chance to
get their feet wet before we start talking about trading them off?
    We finally got rid of Pitino - which was the best start I can think of.
They have Jo Jo, Red, Dr. Ramsey, etc. helping out - to me it's a good sign
and for one, I'd like to see us support them more and criticize them less,
at least for a few weeks into the season.  Just my feelings - I've seen alot
of rough starts over the many years of watching the Celts, starting with the
Russell & Cousy days.  Things don't happen overnight.  Give this group a
fighting chance, please.
