The Day Of The Moon

- The last legitimate shot-blocker the Celtics had was
Dino Radja....

- The C's have no chance of trading for Tim Duncan, if
he ever decides to leave San Antonio. Duncan would
veto any sign and trade with Celtics, because the
amount of talent they would have to give up for him --
i.e. Pierce and Walker -- would scare Duncan away
from playing with a depleted team.

Nope, Orlando is the place for Tim, if he puts his Spurs
away. They can whip up a nice deal of Hill, whatever
quality Big Man they acquire in the next two years,
oddles of draft choices, and still surround Duncan with
plenty of talent.

So, if you're a Celtics fan, just hope he stays in San Antonio.

- Pure Yahooism. Any talk of trading McCleod for anyone
decent, especially a Big Man. McCleod and R. Brown should
be waived or retire. Useless taking up of roster spots.

- Pure Fallacy. It's been said the Celtics have never had
a player/athlete like Kedrick Brown. Wrong. Back in the
Eighties, the C's drafted a guy out Theo's school by the name
of Charles Bradley, who was as athletically inclined and built
similar to Brown. Bradley unfortunately had no NBA skillz,
other than being an athlete. Let's hope Brown's tenure with
the Celtics is different.
