Bulls Trading Down with Celtics?

Chicago- The Bulls have been one of the more active scouting teams this
year, word has it a Bulls scout was at almost ever game played by Eddy
Curry, and that Jerry Krause attended more than 14 of Kwame Browns
games'. Bulls scouts were identified scouting Seton Hall's Eddie
Griffin, and there is talk the Bulls scouted. Tyson Chandler got a long
look  from Jerry Krause and his staff as has been after DeSagana Diop.
The Bulls have kept no secret they are going size in the draft, although
Eddie Griffin would solve their issues at SF. Word is the Bulls may be a
player in trading down if they land the top pick, especially with a team
holding multiple lottery selections, like Boston, I am cautious about
this because the Bulls have said every year they would trade down and
haven't.
