C's To Use All 3 Picks - The Lama

The Celtics plan to use all three first-round picks in next month's
draft. Of course there is their own, plus one from Phoenix and the
conditional pick from Denver. The Celtics will use the Denver pick -
which eventually has No. 1 overall pick potential - for a few reasons:
They don't think they have a chance of landing free agents such as
Michael Finley and Chris Webber, they think Denver is going to remain in
a 39- to 45-win zone, and they believe they need as much help, now, as
they can get.

(So now the question is whether they draft three players outright
or package one or two of those picks in a trade?  Trade they
should, but up in the draft. One player who can make an impact
is more valuable than three solid draft choices.)
