It may be worthwhile to demand a 2nd round pick or two in any trade in which
we give up a 1st rounder.

There may be a gem or two available that will be great middle/end of bench
players for many years at the right price with solid skills, maturity and
their heads on straight.

Look for those who come from winning "team" programs.  Old school Celtics
drafting fundamentals.
