If the Celtics are truly drafting Kedrick B for Portland
and dropping down in the draft 8 spaces to save cap
money -- the possibility of which -- Andy Katz mentions
in his currently running interactive mock draft, that
truly is cheap ownership BS.  You have to receive
something more than cap relief for dropping down
that number of spaces, like a future first round pick.
It's just not good management.  Bob McChesney
will be in a tizzy.
