A couple observations. 

Great players need the freedom to make great plays.
That is one thing O'brien has learned that Pitino
never did. 

Will Walker ever live up to his potential? Dunno, but
he's doing plenty of damage as is and the team is way
beyond what any of us had imagined so far this year.
Whether we fold up like a house of cards or go on to
make a little noise in the playoffs, it's fun to see
the green guys winning and talking like a team again,
albeit one far different than great celt teams of the
past. nice to earn back a little respect around the
league. 

one of THE most important things we did this offseason
was to NOT tinker too much. continuity is sooo
important to a team, especially one as young as ours.
old man anderson is only 31. we're young and will only
get better if we stay healthy over the next couple
years. give the rookies a little time, make a tweak or
two and we're right in the race.
