Hey, Mark, it's a small improvement. Maybe not as significant as what you've
been clamoring for, maybe at a position where we're overloaded, but it's a step
in the right direction. 
As for another big man, I liked Ravi's idea of limiting McCarty's role to
rebounding, defense and "providing energy". Although I've been one of his
harshest critics, he did show at the end of the season that he can contribute
in some areas. Athletic 6-11 guys with the energy to solve California's power
shortage problem can be useful in basketball, even if their basketball skills
are in the "moron" range. Now if they could just chain him to a squat rack, 
force-feed him 6 times a day, and periodically remind him that Uncle Rick's
gift is going to run out at the end of the season...
