RE: two more going pro

I'm always amazed when guys don't come out. How can you
forego certain riches, and take the chance of breaking your leg
or whatever? And that's not even taking into account the way
guys stock tends to drop when they stay on (Shea Seals, John
Wallace, etc. etc.). Brown should come out; he's a top five pick
if he does. He's probably being intimidated by his mom or somebody.
Marcus is also some kind of nut, going on about how he wants his
degree. Is he afraid of being denied tenure or something?
Jason Williams has already done all there is to do in college.
Frank Williams doesn't thrill me anyway. I don't see what the big
deal is with him. But then I had no clue about Steve Francis, either.

The horrible thing about this draft and the PGs is that we still have
Kenny taking up a roster spot. Personally, I would like to see Milt,
Herren, and the new guy stay, but on the other hand, we could do
worse than drafting the best available players, and forgetting about PG.
Kenny will give some team 15 points and 4.5 assists next year. His
game is slipping, but this year was a freak with all his injuries, even if
he did bring them on himself by being out of shape. The guy can still
play. Had he been around, we might not have had such great D, but
you wouldn't have seen such Pierce and Walker carrying such a ridiculous
scoring load either.
