Corey Benjamin is hardly on a non-guaranteed/try out contract. he was a first
round pick by the Bulls in the 1998 draft so his contract is guaranteed this
year. The Bulls have until oct. 31st to exercise their option on him for
Years 4 and 5. Even if they cut him, they are on the hook for his salary
this year.

He's 6' 6" and very athletic. His perimeter game leaves a lot to be desired,
though. With Chris Carr already on the C's roster and a similar type of game
and with a guaranteed contract, Corey wouldn't find any minutes.
