East vs. West

Latest ESPN Power rankings have the top 6 all Western Conference teams.
Philadelphia, despite its 11-2 record, is ranked 7th.  Amazingly, the
Celtics are ranked 18th (when you consider we have played most of our
games at home, and our miserable road record, we should be ranked worse).

Even though I realized the Western Conference was better, I didn't realize
the extent of that difference until I figured out the East record against
against the West so far: 17 wins - 40 losses

As far as the Celtics go, the following worries me:

We have also played 11 of our 13 games against teams in the East.
