Antione's maturing

http://www.boston.com/dailyglobe2/323/sports/Walker_assumes_a_different_role+.shtml

''We can't afford to get down early, we don't want to be digging ourselves out of a hole,'' Walker said of tonight's game. ''I shot the three well and I'm sure they'll play me tight and maybe double-team me. But that should open up a lot of things. I'm making the three and they've got to respect that. And that lets me put the ball on the floor and do some things. I worked hard during the summer on my mid-range jump shot, as well as long-range. This didn't come overnight. But I've also got to be an inside presence for this team. I just have to do whatever it takes. I just have to do whatever I can to help this team.''

====================
I think Antione is finally getting IT! His talking, undercontrolled play, reasonable field goal attempts (fga) made me think, maybe he's finally getting it. Quick question:
what's the difference between Chris Webber and Antione Walker?

Webber wants to be with a championship-caliber team. Walker said he wants to be part of the Celts turnaround.

let's get that road win in washington.
kevin (I wanted to add walker's not doing the wiggle, but just read in the globe he did once during the hawk win. oh well, hope at least he's on the right track to getting it)
