Celtics Post Season Scenarios

Scenario 1

Celtics draft Tsak with the 11th pick, trade Walker for Shareef (an
idea thoroughly advocated by BSG), move Pierce back to small
forward, and deal either Anderson or Fortson to the Clippers
for Derek Anderson. If Anderson traded, they use the $2.2 M exception
on Chris Herren.

Scenario 2

C's get lucky in the lottery and move up to 3. They, then package 
a future first round pick and the 3rd choice to move up to two and 
select Stromile Swift. C's then trade with Toronto for Zeljko Rebraca,
and ship Fortson for Derek Anderson.

Scenario 3

Larry Bird buys the club; Pitino leaves via a buyout, rather than 
being fired. Larry appoints Rick Robey as the next coach, and
names Quinn Buckner as the GM. Bird drafts Tsakalidis,
and signs Mark Jackson to the exception, but otherwise
keeps the team intact.

Scenario 4

C's use the 11th pick on Mo Peterson (One of three guys I like with the
11th choice in the draft - the other two being Tsak and Big O2);
Pitino keeps Walker; trades with Toronto for the rights to Rebraca,
sends Fortson to the Pacers for Austin Croshere. Uses exception on
Chris Whitney.


Scenario 5

C's at 11 take Big O2, because a Walker trade is about to happen.
Walker and Pot go to Atlanta for Mutumbo (Walker for Mutumbo
rumors have recently popped up); C's use exception on Nate
Huffman and ship Fortson for Derek Anderson.


Scenario 6

Pitino jogging along the Charles is struck by lightning, and
goes into a coma, which he awakens from two weeks later, thinking he's
Sheriff Harry Truman from Twin Peaks. Pitino takes a leave of
absence from the Celtics and his wife Joanne to find Jose, 
the hot Chinese mill owner that he truly loves. Chris Wallace 
in charge trades Kenny Anderson and the 11th pick to the Clippers
for the third choice, and then selects Darius Miles. Wallace
also trades Fortson to Toronto for Rebraca, and deals a future first for
a point guard. Pitino somewhere in the Pacific Northwest is kidnapped by
a 7-foot, 500 pound female bigfoot who thinks he's cute, so Wallace
appoints assistant Jim O'Brien as coach.
