Re: off-season speculation

Even the Clippers are not that stupid. Personally I have seen 3 years of 1,2
spectacular games and the rest inconsistency from Walker who has shown he
really can't play the 3 or 4 spot . I do not prefer to see another 5 or
whatever is left on his contract. Look at the dominant player Garnett has
become out of high school . I have seen enough although others seem to still
want to wait it out. I think the Clippers are the perfect fit. They have a
lot of cap room and I don't see them being able to entice a lot of free
agents to come there based on there history, so there y will have to lose
players or make sign & trade deals. If we don't revive this franchise soon
we may be in the same boat.

Anderson and Walker & Battie or VP could bring us Kenyon Martin or Fizer
both better suited for the 4 spot, or Odom, plus a Derek Anderson & Mo
Taylor who there losing, or a project like Olowokandi. It is up to the C
brass to determine who has the most potential Olowokandi or VP.

If we keep our pick we can sign a veteran point and take a protege like Pepe
Sanchez or a quick defensive point like Jason Hart. although they are both
probably a stretch at 11, if these trades get us some veterans a Darius
Miles would be worth the risk..
