Aside from the brilliant scoring from Walker and Pierce, the game never had
a chance. The defensive desire wasn't there.

I agree that we lost our focus on defense. We reverted to old habits of 4
men converging on the ball carrier.

Stackhouse scored at will it
seemed.

We never ever adjust our defense to cover the player scoring the most or the
easiest against us.

Overton never took his warmups off.

No great loss, after he went 1 for 11 or something in the previous game.

 Barros game after game shows
why he should be doing something else.

I don't know what you mean here about Barros? I thought he played well.

He brings the ball up and gives it
to Pots at the top of the key and Pots says, "now what". Duh, turnover.

I think this is unfair to say about V's play. That one key turnover was
just bad luck, as opposed to a fundamental tendency on
V's part for losing control of a pass to him.

Can't Pitino see those things happening before they accumulate time after
time. We were hurting without Fortson's offensive rebounding, not that he's
been a resounding success. Walker and Anderson must have the same genes.
They both love driving into lots of traffic with negative results.

I agree with you here. Those two have got to stop hogging the ball on
offense, especially coming down for the initial set.
They need to pass the ball and worked the opponent's defense. I don't mind
either of them ending up taking the shot, but
This one man team, one on one crap HAS GOT TO STOP. I don't care if it
results in a made basket, it is still wrong
For the TEAM.

Battie said to himself, I had my game of the week, can relax for awhile
now.

Battie has improved in his confidence in the last few games, and I think he
simply got nervous when he missed that
EASY shot.

Rack up 2 bad games in a row now for Anderson. He either looks good or bad,
no
in between.

I am also wondering whats up with Kenny. Is he worried that his position
and minutes are in jeopardy because Overton and Walker
Covered for him when he had foul trouble? He is playing like he has
something to prove to someone. And why is he getting so many
Fouls so early now? He always gets about 4 fouls a game, it seems, but
that's not so much a problem because he gets steals, and had
A good turnover ratio. But lately kenny's drives with his one man show
result in turnovers, so whatever is bothering him is making
Him play WORSE instead of better.

In short, the Pistons are a better team and showed us how inexperienced we
are from the coach on down.

Totally disagree. I think our comeback effort in the second half shows that
the Celtics are as good as if not better
Than the Pistons. We scored 115 points in a losing effort. Obviously our
lack of defense in the first half is the major
Reason for why we lost.

Just my opinions,
