I find it more interesting that he measured out at 6-7 in one
of the articles I read.  Perhaps, the C's (rightfully so) have no
interest in him and that's why they're not working him out.
If they did draft him instead of Olumide, and
after all the Syracuse flops in the NBA, I'd be mighty disappointed.

Now, as to trading Pierce for Grant and Bonzi, I'm of the opinion
that you try to deal up in the talent level, like Duquette does with
the Red Sox, rather than trading down. Pierce in some package
for a mega-superstar, sure, but I don't move him in this deal.
