chancy draft

I sure hate to go into a draft where there is some good talent and
take a chance.  I consider all foreign players to be chancy.  I
consider high schoolers to be chancy.  I consider Moiso and Miller
type players to be chancy.

Solid players would be like Mo Peterson.  Wow, that's a short list. 
But solid picks may lack the upside that weak teams need.  That's one
reason lottery teams remain lottery teams, I guess, is that upside and
potential oft go awry.

Looking for the Pacers to win in six.  Yes, you heard it here first. 
Turnovers are the key.
