Re: Miles/Harvey have most upside was Re: more Blazers-Lakers

I second your thoughts, man. I also saw that game between USA selection vs.
International selection high schoolers. The only impressive players, IMO,
that I saw there were Darius Miles and a massive 6'9 kid with a smooth moves
and soft touch...sorry, i forgot his name (he'll be playing in Michigan
State). Darius Miles has the making of a Garnett because of pure
athleticsm, who could make a big impact in his first two years right away.
But also, he could end up like a Jerm O'neal or a Rashard Lewis who took
time to develop before making waves. But for sure, this kid will make all
the impact and contribution that some GMs would scratch their heads thinking
why they didn't draft the kid.

Regarding Donnell Harvey, it's him who I like best during Florida's run for
the championship. Not Mike Miller. Harvey is a tireless worker inside the
court(Rodman skills and hopefully not Rodman 's attitude) Hustles real
well, not afraid to bang bodies, rebounds very well despite the tweener
size, simply put, a talented/skillfull intense player (what Battie lacks).

IMHO, these players beyond the top 3 have the best chance of helping a team
right away (if given the chance, that is):

1.Morris Peterson(mature, polished intelligent player...can take over a game
especially in crunch time)
2.Donnell Harvey
3.Quentin Richardson (imagine a rebounding machine Paul Pierce type)
4.Eddie House (tremendous shooter/scorer)
5.Darius Miles
