Re: MELONHEAD



I am making a special effort to be cordial with this post.  It is absurd to
think that any "supporter" of Toine is blind.  It could be that some, like
me, have blind loyalty to the Celtics.  I don't think that is a negative.
It could be that I am in the minority though but that's life.

Making a case for Toine's inadaquacies by drawing comparisons to others who
are also on non-playoff teams in pointless IMHO.  Almost as pointless as
using Kobe and Duncan as comparisons and saying look what their teams have
done.  I would think it would be generally considered by most avid members
of this list, that both those players have "FAR SUPERIOR" talent on their
respective teams, than does Toine.  They are both fine players with a strong
supporting cast.

Antoine Walker will never be liked by some, but dragging out this thread
ain't gonna change a thing.
