Re: Subject: Michael Stewart

Hi,

what has chris mills, travis knight got in common? they were free agents who never played a single minute with the C's before signing "huge" deals given by the Ricktator. they did not fit in and were traded.

what (hopefully) did Pitino learn from this? he's got to try them (free agents) out first on his team (see battie and fortson examples) and feel them out before inking them long term.

Stewart got his chance earlier but chose Raptors instead (for the money). He got what he want now (money) but not completely (zero playing time). As someone just pointed out, if he is good, why the Raptors buried him deep down the
bench, why can't he even get garbage time during blowouts, why the Raptors have so much big men (willis, oakley, davis).

i don't knnow why Stewart can't play in Raptorland becos he seemed to be having a good time in Sacramento. Anyway if we trade for Stewart, some other points:
1)Stewart is a cap liability (based on his current non-performance), 6 year 24 mill
2)If you trade for Stewart, assuming you can have him for a 2nd round pick, what would you do with him? Already Fortson doesn't get minutes!
