I agree with you Kevin. Pitino may SHOULD be fired if he trades Pierce. But (can't remember where) I read that Pitino is not the only person in charge as far as trades. It's a bunch of guys together in the organization who make the decisions together. I don't really know their names or positions, but I bet y'all do.

i don't think (make that 110% sure) Pitino will trade Pierce for the
next 2 years (unless Duncan is available). Pitino will lose his job
(ever heard of People Power via the Philippines) if he trades Pierce.
only possibility Pierce ever leaves C's is on the last year of his
rookie
contract, when he has the choice to resign or leave.
