Re: Last night they gave up the fight

The Celt's are in a state of disarray for sure. This latest situation of
looking worse is because the brains of the team Griffin is out. This man
has the best instinct on the team by far. He was making things happen on
offense and defense. Does he make us a playoff team no, 500% team, I don't
believe it's possible. He can and will give us our direction back. Anderson
is doing a fine job. Much better than I expected. However he isn't
interested or lacks the talent for setting the table. In short he's no
General. Every team needs a general, especially young inexperienced teams.
The bench with the exception of Forston is not worthy of comment. We will
have to be patient and wait till June and draft and trade. Our most
pressing needs are a general *point guard* and a center. At this point I
don't care about wins, because they won't be there. I want to see Pierce,
Walker, Forston and Griffin stay focused and develop. I really believe when
we ad the mentioned talent we will leap frog teams in the standings,,,,,,
but next season. The coach is the state of shock at this stage. Let's see
what he does with a bit more talent. He's up to the task.
