Draft Day Trades

Are  there trades made on draft day?  Is it still possible to trade the
rights to Danny Forston or any other soon to be free agent?  I would love
to see Forston do his thing (Rebound) so we can trade him or any other
player for a Legitimate center.  Forston is a good player, however, right
now we need a center!
