Lawrence/Oregonian: Cato Traded This Week: (Do The Celtics Want In On This Deal?)

John Hollinger of the Oregonian says Mitch Lawrence has Kelvin Cato
being traded this week. Lack of playing time, thanks to the signing
of Jermaine O' Neal, seems to be the biggest factor, along with 
upcoming free agency. Hollinger says the Blazers roster is stuffed, they
want draft choices....

Would you trade two Celtics lottery-protected firsts for Kato?

Would you trade the Denver pick for Kato? Probably what Portland
would be looking for.

Would you trade next year's unprotected first round choice for him?

Enquiring minds want to know, and can Kelvin even fit into the
Pitino system? I thought the main knock on him, was that he's
more of a half-court player.  But does that even matter, since if he
doesn't fit into the system, Trader Rick will have him moved out
any ways...

PS: Kato made $1.149 million last year. Factor in the normal 30 percent
raise and he's at $1.5 million or so.........
