What's it with these ballplayers that aren't in attendance when a parent
passes away. Example: Paul O'Neil Yanks right fielder. It's happening more
and more, golfers etc. 

The part I really don't understand is the press, saying "you can't believe
the pressure on this guy, his dad just passed away" In many cases when the
end is near for a relative modern medicine has a way of telling us, months,
weeks, days, and hours. Dan Patrick radio talk show host for ESPN radio
almost cried on the radio because O'Neil tuffed it out and played the game.
Duuuhhhhh, this person gave them life!!

Excuse the off subject. What did Johnny Most say, "twiddling and diddling",
just waiting for tomorrow's game.
