Despite all of the noise about Walker's lackluster play the last few
games, I'm more worried about Pierce. Last year he had a Griffin-like
presense, making the right plays at the right time, especally key baskets
and timely steals. This year he looks like he's going through the
motions. He's talented enough to fill the stat sheet but he hasn't made a
sizable impact on a game since the opener against Toronto.

I thought it was funny that with the three days between games, the Celtics
had two of them off (no practice, I assume). Last year all we heard was
there was no time to practice, then this year they get three days and only
take advantage of one of them. With the kind of effort they put forth
tonight it'll be a while before Pitino gives them two days off again.
