looked too easy

I don't whether to get too excited about this game or what. Toronto's big
guys were simply lethargic and really showed their age. It was basically
an easy win for us for the majority of the game. I think Doug Christie
was the only Raptor who looked like he was playing hard. This game almost
seemed like it was in slow motion! So either the Raptors had an off-game
or they are vastly overrated. Carter did not have a big impact and was
also the beneficiary of some questionable non-calls and fouls.

Pierce is the man, we all know that, and he took Vince Carter to
school. Totally outplayed him in all facets of the game. Antoine played
within himself and that was great. Griffin makes the game look easy
again!!! Basketball is a simple game, and Griffin proves that. Some
great passes and some nice finishes. Could he be the story of the NBA this
year or what?? What is McCarty on? What a display!!

3 Big Observations:

1) Why didn't Eric Williams play? Very strange, either he has a slight
injury that wasn't reported and would only be used if absolutely
necessary, he's been traded, or Coach gave him a DNP. I don't see why he
wouldn't play with Cheaney getting all those minutes and not showing
anything. This worries me a lot.

2) Vitaly looks horrible. He cannot catch a damn pass. Along with Battie,
they must've dropped about 6 passes that could have been converted into
easy baskets. Let's hope he doesn't continue to digress.

3) We didn't trap the entire game. Maybe this is the secret to success
this season. We didn't give up the easy baskets we usually do on the
press.

Well, a nice game by the C's. They really played as a team and SHOT THE
HELL OUT OF THE BALL. It didn't hurt that the Raptors played like a bunch
of old men out there.

Hopefully we will give an A+ effort tomorrow night against the Wizards.

No Barros, no Fortson, no Williams, we still kick the Raptors ass!!
