What does that mean? New Jersey has potential to be good but I don't
see them as world beaters.

I will be glad if that would happen and being capped out is not such a
bad thing. Being capped out hasn't prevented LA or New York to make the
move when they wanted.

I hope they retain Battie and use him like Van Gundy is using Marcus
Camby in the play offs.

I doubt if getting old will help the veteran player won't fit in here.
It worked in Toronto because they have 1 rookie and 4 veterans unlike
Boston where we have 4 players with NBA experience of 3 years or less.
