Pitino would never step aside this coming year voluntarily. All the heavy 
lifting has been done the past two years. Pitino's rep has taken a hit. He 
wouldn't quit now when he would have a chance in the coming year to redeem 
himself. If he thought the team would have to start over, perhaps then. One 
more year bad year, then maybe. These writers really like to dig on Pitino 
because he has been such a golden boy and BSer...
